1 cup water
2 cups sugar
Juice of 2 limes
Peel the Pineapple and cut it into small pieces.
Then place the cut pineapple in a blender and blitz.
Heat the pan. Add the pineapple pulp and water. Let them cook for 20 minutes on medium flame. Stir frequently. The pineapple pulp should become soft.
Now add the sugar and lime juice. Let the mixture cook for 30 minutes. The mixture is thickened and the jam is ready to be stored.
Spoon the jam into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
